I was born and raised in a western suburb of Chicago. I moved out to Holland, MI with my family just before going to college. I attended Calvin College and then GVSU where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

After graduating from college I kind of fell into the mortgage business in which I went on to spend 12 years learning all aspects of the business. Nine of those years I spent in sales as a mortgage loan officer. From 2005-2011 I also owned my own private investigating business. My license was up for renewal in 2011 and I had to make a decision. I decided I wasn’t as passionate about it as I was about sales. The relationships I forged during my time working in the mortgage industry are relationships I still have today. I know the people and I know the process. If you are buying or selling a home for the first time I can help you through that process.

When I’m not working I spend my time with my husband and 2 daughters. We have enjoyed keeping busy with going to their softball and soccer games. I also love camping and golfing and doing almost anything outdoors in the summer. #whiteknucklesummertimeinMichigan
